To register to the Conference and to book a hotel room.

The Definitive Registration to the Conference (Scientific Programme, Associate Delegates' Programme, Master Classes, Mid-conference Tour, Pre- and Post-conference Tour) is open until

After this date a higher registration fee will be charged (Late Registration).

Registration fees per person in CHF (Swiss Francs)

Delegates

560 CHF before 27 February 2004 (Early Registration)

640 CHF after 27 February 2004 (Late Registration)

The registration fee includes the proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, social events and the mid-conference tour.
Young Researchers are excused from paying the conference fee (CHF 560) provided the conditions attaching thereto are met.

Associate Delegates

490 CHF

Registration fees include the journeys organised in the programme for associate delegates, Welcome Cocktail (21 June), Social Evening following the mid-tour (22 June) and the conference dinner (23 June).

Pre-conference Tour

530 CHF

The Pre Tour (3 days and 2 nights) is described in the Pre Tour page.

• No bank cost must be charged to the EGF2004 conference. Transfer costs are to be paid by the issuer.
• Registration fees must be paid in CHF (Swiss Francs) only.

Your registration will be effective once we received your fees.
• An acknowledgment letter will be sent to you.


• For the authors of voluntary contributions (oral presentations or posters), registration and fees payment must be effective before 31 March 2004 for the papers to be published in the proceedings.
• Terms of cancellation: In the case you had to cancel, first try to pass on your registration to one of your colleagues. If a written cancellation request is received before 30 April 2004, fees will be refunded with a 100 CHF penalty. Later cancellations will not be refunded.
